How the procedure works
Consultation
We discuss your goals (strength, mobility, recovery) and select the treatment area and program.
30-minute session
You lie comfortably while the applicator is placed on the selected area, and you can simply relax.
Course
Typically, a course of 4 sessions is recommended with intervals of 5–10 days.
What it feels like
A deep warming sensation in the treatment area and rhythmic, intensive muscle contractions. The intensity can be adjusted. After the session, you can return to your normal activities right away.
Patient experience
Knee and running
Woman, 34, Vantaa
I run a lot and had been experiencing discomfort in my knee for a long time. After four sessions, my leg felt noticeably stronger, and even months after the course, I run more comfortably and confidently.
Wrist and computer work
Man, 45, Tampere
I’m constantly working on a computer. After the course, I noticed my wrist had become more mobile. I can type and use a mouse for longer without having to stop every 10 minutes to rest and stretch my hand.
After overexertion
Woman, 32, Helsinki
In physiotherapy, I often overdid it and it only made things worse. Here it’s simpler: I just relax while the device does the work. After the course, I felt more freedom of movement than after several weeks of trying to recover on my own.

EMSCULPT NEO has expanded my approach to patient care. It helps improve flexibility, range of motion, and stability, making movement easier and enhancing everyday wellbeing. Seeing patients return to the activities they love is incredibly rewarding.
