BOOKING AND PURCHASE TERMS FOR SERVICES AT MESQ AESTHETICS

GENERAL TERMS
MESQ AESTHETICS handles all customer information in complete confidence. The Company undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties. Further information about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Seller of the services: DoctusPlus Oy, Business ID 3154088–6 (owner of the registered MESQ trademark), hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.
The services are provided to persons of legal age.
Aesthetic treatments are performed at the Company’s premises at Itämerenkatu 11–13 F, 00180 Helsinki.
Prices include value added tax (25.5%), where applicable.
Communication between the customer and the Company takes place by email (info@mesq.fi) and by telephone (010 309 4288). The customer is responsible for keeping the contact details they have provided up to date.
PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment in the online store
Payment methods available in the online store:
- Card payment — made by debit or credit card through a secure payment gateway. Payment service provider: Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839–7).
- Payment link — payment is made using a personal payment link (by email or text message), which is valid for a limited period. Payment service provider: Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839–7).
If payment is not made within the specified period, the order may be cancelled.
Invoice / instalment payment — the service is provided by Klarna Bank AB (registration number 556737–0431, Sweden).
Payment at the MESQ AESTHETICS clinic
Available payment methods:
- Card payment — payment service provider: NETS Denmark (registration number CVR No. 20016175, Denmark).
- Cash payment.
- Instalment payment — if the customer wishes to pay in several instalments, they may choose Klarna’s payment service, or the Company may offer to divide the invoice into two instalments at an interval of four weeks.
VALIDITY OF PURCHASED SERVICES
When you purchase an aesthetic treatment from the online store at the regular or promotional price, the service is available for one calendar year from the date of purchase. An unused service expires after one year and will not be refunded.CANCELLATION TERMS AND REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel or change an order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the service has not yet been performed. To do so, you must contact us by email and provide the order number and the reason for cancellation. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.BOOKING
An appointment can be booked through the booking system on the clinic’s website, by telephone, by email or via the chat on the website.After a successful booking, an automatic confirmation is sent to the customer by email and text message.A booking is a binding agreement, and the customer is obliged to comply with the booking and cancellation terms.APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION TERMS
Changes, rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the booked appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If a cancellation or change is made less than 12 hours before the agreed appointment, or if the customer does not attend without cancelling in time, a fee of EUR 50 will be charged. Bookings made less than 12 hours in advance are always binding.Cancellations are not accepted by text message. An appointment can be cancelled through the booking system on the website, by telephone, via the website chat or by email. Make sure that you have received confirmation of the cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation, contact us by telephone to ensure that the cancellation has been processed.The Company has the right to cancel a booking if providing the service becomes impossible (for example, due to staff illness, equipment failure, problems with the premises, or a power or water outage).
